IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 Overview
IDBI Bank Ltd. is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the positions of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O,’ and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) on a contract basis. These positions are open on an all-India basis, subject to the selection process outlined below.

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 Information
IDBI Bank has initiated a recruitment process to fill 2,100 vacancies, comprising 800 for Junior Assistant Managers and 1,300 for Executives in Sales and Operations. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications . The application window is open from today and will remain so until December 6.
As per the official notification, the examination for the Junior Assistant Manager position is slated for December 31, while for Executive Sales and Operations, it is scheduled for December 30.

- Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’: 800 positions
- Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO): 1300 positions
Eligibility criteria:
For the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized or approved by the Government/Government Bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.
As for the Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO) role, candidates should be graduates from a recognized university in any discipline, again from a University recognized or approved by the Government/Government Bodies like AICTE, UGC, etc.
Applicants for both positions should be within the age range of 20 to 25 years.

Specific information/ instructions
I) Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’
(i) Compensation, Career Advancement, and Service Conditions a) Upon entering the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O,’ the remuneration on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis is expected to be in the range of Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (for Class A cities) at the commencement of employment. b) Annual increments will be awarded based on performance or other criteria determined by the Bank as per its discretion. c) The appointee will be enrolled under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules, 2011, subject to amendments or modifications made by the Bank over time.
II) Executive-Sales and Operations (ESO)
The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under:

Selection Process:
- i) Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – The selection process includes Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
- ii) Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO): The selection process involves Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
iii) The online examination structure for Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) & Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) is as follows:
